Since its inception more than five years ago, FH Innovation has been dedicated to helping our clients deliver the greatest possible value to their stakeholders, always. Today, in honor of World Creativity and Innovation Week, we’re pleased to introduce our latest tool for developing more creative and differentiated thinking: FH InvisionateSM, which helps our clients identify, engage and communicate with their key stakeholders.
Built out of a new partnership with research and innovation firm Decision Analyst, Inc., FH InvisionateSM is a methodology that provides modular stakeholder insight and ideation offerings. It was developed to incorporate stakeholder input and thinking in creative concept development. This flexible, scalable and customizable process leverages the thinking of everyday people worldwide – from C-suite executives and moms to doctors and Hispanics to youth and college professors – to help client teams create and evaluate ideas that are relevant, appealing and on target with stakeholder needs.
To gain a deep understanding of our consumers, we engage two communities of creative thinkers:
- The InvisionateSM Global Community: A worldwide virtual panel of 8.5 million people in more than 200 countries that is accessible for exploring opportunities and beta testing concepts.
- The Imaginator® Network: A group of 2,000 everyday people who test in the top 4 percent of the population for idea-centric creative abilities. They are available for online ideation or in-person sessions in Los Angeles, New York and Dallas.
FH InvisionateSM includes five modules that engage key audiences in different ways – from ideation to beta testing to a deep understanding of their needs and beliefs – while taking teams through different steps of the idea development process. The modules can be done individually or combined to fit your clients’ needs.
- Identify: This module is focused on finding the correct stakeholders. Who are they? What are their beliefs, passions and backgrounds? How do we reach them?
- Inspire: In this step, we establish communications and innovation guidelines based on your stakeholders’ needs and pain points. We use those guidelines to create a communications plan for stakeholders of opportunities that are relevant and appealing.
- Iterate: Here is where we engage stakeholders and inject their suggestions and perspectives into our own ideation. Then we beta test our ideas with them.
- Ideate: In this step, we invite members of the Imaginator® network to participate in the brainstorming process. They help us generate more unique ideas that are rooted in their needs and have a greater chance of success.
- Impact: Finally, we engage the target audiences again to determine the potential success of our concepts, platforms and solutions. The concepts that rate highly are carried through to full development and implementation.
The result is differentiated stakeholder communications programs that are grounded in a true understanding of our clients’ customers.
